Only PCOM faculty, students, and staff may access electronic resources licensed by the PCOM Digital Library. Electronic resources provided by the Library are governed by license agreements with publishers and vendors which contain the following user responsibilities and access restrictions:

Sharing access is forbidden.
Copyright restrictions apply. U.S. Copyright Act "fair use" applies to electronic formats as well as print.
Downloading excessive portions of databases or electronic journals is prohibited.
Posting downloaded material on a website or to an email list is prohibited.
Use of material for commercial purposes is prohibited.
Material may not be modified or altered; publishers' copyright statements and logos may not be removed.

Publishers and vendors may have additional "terms and conditions" posted on their websites. If you have any questions about your intended use of electronic material, please review the Copyright page under the Services tab on the Library web site and licensing agreements posted on individual vendor sites.
